By Dr. Matthew Wilkinson

Wednesday, 7th November. Curriculum for Cohesion Principal Researcher, Dr. Matthew Tariq Wilkinson, met with Ms. Kath Goudie, PGCE History course co-convenor at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge to discuss and plan the Curriculum for Cohesion’s contribution to the PGCE History course at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge.  It was a highly constructive session at which Dr. Matthew Tariq Wilkinson was impressed by the rigour and detail of the PGCE History course at Cambridge and Ms. Goudie was highly supportive of the approach to an inclusive History which foregrounds broader, more accurate knowledge being proposed by Curriculum for Cohesion.  We both believe that we are going to embark on a constructive partnership.
